This Company deserves no star rating. They are horrible. I have been waiting on windows since October 2020. We are now into June, 2021. Have scheduled many installations and no one will show up and not even call. I keep getting told someone will call and they never do. I want to cancel and get a refund and they keep saying you can't break the contract. Two entry doors, side windows, transom window and storm doors ordered on 1/15/21. Salesperson (Chuck Jones) told us 6-8 weeks. At the 7 week mark I called to ask about status. Person who answered the phone laughed and said no way the order would be ready in 8 weeks. Was told 16 weeks. I have since read all the reviews and see some customers have been waiting since Aug 2020 for their orders. It's now been 17 weeks since I placed my order. They never ever return a call. Never show up on time. I ordered 6 windows. 2 of them were wrong. After not hearing from them regarding rescheduling I spent an hour on the phone just trying to find out what's going on. My call alerted them to the need to remeasure my windows....seems weird that it would take a call from me. It was going to 3 weeks before they could get someone out to measure.....3 WEEKS!!! I ordered 5 windows in July of 2020. When I ordered the windows I paid 50% of the invoice. Window world has canceled 12 appointments for installation since that time. It's now May 2021 and I'm still trying to get the windows delivered or my money returned. This has to be the most irresponsible company I have ever dealt with. I can't imagine an A rating is deserved. STAY AWAY!

I feel helpless trying to get our windows that were ordered in Nov 2020. It is now April 2021 and still no windows. When we signed up with the Window World Atlanta, we were told the windows will be installed in Dec 2020 or Jan 2021. I had to call them in Feb 2021 to check on the windows and had to schedule installation for end of April 2021. Which I did not prefer but had to accept. Was expecting the windows lot sooner. December first of 2020 I ordered garage doors from Window World Atlanta. I was promised delivery by mid February. Four months later they still have not been delivered. All I get is excuses, changing stories and pitiful So Sorry comments. The latest delivery date is now April 20. I will never do business with them again.

I ordered some replacement doors and a window on November 16th 2020 I was told at that time the wait time would be 8-12 weeks until installation. I called several times asking for an installation date and given the reason for delay was production issues. I was eventually given a date of March 19th 2021 which is over 16 weeks from the date of order. I had Window World to replace 5 windows in my sun room. It took several weeks, but that was ok. The installers did an excellent job. So a few months later, I decided to get 9 more windows. The wait was long again. But that was ok. But the 3 installers that came to do the work was on another whole level. They made so much racket removing my front double window, I had to see what was going on. They removed and did not replace 2x4 wood from the frame. Avoid this company. I bought windows in November. After signing the contract, the salesperson told me they'd be installed in mid-January, but that if I was lucky, maybe end of December. It was attributed to a manufacturing delay. I was accepting of that given the pandemic. When I hadn't heard from them in January, I called.
