a little sawdust was left after the clean-up by the crew, but not a big deal. overall we are very pleased with the job that was done and the quality of the windows and door that were installed.
We had new windows installed in our son's room. The entire experience from meeting with the sales person to having the windows installed was low stress and highly professional. The sales person's demonstration was informative, and I felt very confident that we made the correct decision. The installer was timely, professional, and did a wonderful job. We've been thinking about getting new doors for a while and saw a commercial for Window Concepts this Spring. They were having a couple deals going so we decided to go for it. Our sales guy, Dan, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The lady who set my appointment was very patient as I had to reschedule several times. The installers arrived on time, were very professional, careful not to mess up my house, did a great job and faster than expected, Great windows. Defnitely would recommend.

I would rate your company a 5. I love how the windows open and close so easily. They look nice. The install crew was great!When they left the windows were sparkling. The crew cleaned up the work areas inside and out. They were polite and informed us how to take the windows out for cleaning. The only small problem is the little bar in slide at the top of the window (where you are to stop when you want to take the window out to clean them) slips down and the window won't close.
