Window Concepts was very easy to work with and we didn’t have any problems or issues. The one screen that came that was starting to get a whole in it was taken care of right. Their customer service was great and everyone was very friendly and easy to work with.
We were very pleased with Window Concept. The workers were all informative and kind. Our finishedd product was just as we expected. We would do business with them again.
Our jetted tub no longer worked and we grew tired of stepping over the high side (16") to get into the shower. We called for an estimate and were so pleased with the products and pricing that we decided to use Window Concepts to redo our master bathroom. We got a new walk-in shower, toilet, granite counter top, sinks, and facets. The only issue we ran into was that they cut the granite counter top to short in length. I had Greg Osland out to my house to go over installing a new sliding patio door. He was very informative and helpful answering all my questions. I was very pleased with the quality of the product he showed me and all the information her knew regarding the product he stands behind. I am excited to get my new door installed

We purchased a front entry door system from Dan in 2017. We had a great experience with Window Concepts! The work was completed in a timely manner, the installers were neat and the new door is cozy and warm. We have now called Dan back to replace a front door, French doors and a sliding patio door in our new home. Great service!

Windows Concepts of MN is a professional group with experienced installers. They had to make a few scheduling changes that postponed the project and installed a few of the wrong windows but the end result was very nice.
