I had Window Concepts install 6 windows in 2016 and last year (2017) finished with installing the last three windows in my home. My usage of heat declined this winter dramatically, even though I had increased the temperature in my home from 68 to 72 degrees. I am now in the GOOD category of sufficient neighbors according to CenterPoint Energy analysis. This is awesome!

It was 0 degrees when our new windows were put in. The process was relatively fast and professional. The quality of the new windows made a huge difference. It is warmer and less energy is being used. To our surprise even the floor is warmer. Jeff Nelson did an excellent job of taking us through the various steps of picking out the best windows for our town home and making payment a low stress event.

We originally had 10 windows replaced by Widows Concepts and all went fine. A few years later we wanted to replace two 6' 6" wide patio doors. All installers said they were non-standard size and wanted to use a filler to shrink the opening to fit their doors. Window Concepts had custom doors built to fit the opening. This made us very happy.

I had Window Concepts replace 5 windows. The experience with them was great. All very professional. Starting with sales person Kori Ellingson who was so helpful through installer "Tim" who was working in bitter cold and still took his time to do a great job. Only issue was that it took quite a few months to get the windows finally installed.
