I would rate your company a 5. I love how the windows open and close so easily. They look nice. The install crew was great!When they left the windows were sparkling. The crew cleaned up the work areas inside and out. They were polite and informed us how to take the windows out for cleaning. The only small problem is the little bar in slide at the top of the window (where you are to stop when you want to take the window out to clean them) slips down and the window won't close. We contacted Window Concepts to have two entry doors installed on our house. Materials are quality and there is a notable difference in both the energy efficiency and noise reduction after this project. Only knock was that the doors were not keyed to the correct lock number we requested to match our garage door but overall we are very satisfied.

We got our picture window replaced in February and I noticed an immediate difference in the living room. We can sit comfortably on the couch without feeling a draft! Also a difference in how often my furnace comes on. We also got one replaced in the downstairs and it is much warmer in our family room. We plan on continuing to replace all of our windows and have found a contractor whom I can trust and plan to use for the future.
