We had all of the windows in our home replaced in May of 2018. During the installation, one of the windows was installed improperly (twisted) and the window wouldn't open and the screen would not stay in place. After about 4 visits and a couple of missed appointments because they simply didn't show up, they came out to our home today (December 17, 2018) and threw a piece of molding up on the wall to hold the siding that they cut wrong in place without actually replacing the piece of siding that they cut wrong. I have a photo of the completed window. I also informed your husband that I reorder the screens and they should be on our next truck after the holidays which will resolve your last service issue.
Window Concepts installed an atrium door from my kitchen to my new deck, replacing a warped and rather outdated sliding door, which are so 1990s! This is our second project with WC of MN; they installed a front door in my custom built home in 2008, and now the atrium door in my condo. Great Amish built quality. Really great!

I had a new front door and storm door installed. I was very pleased with the whole process from sales to installation. Doors are top quality! Installation crew did a good job including clean-up. One of the members of the crew went out of his way to take a piece of the extra molding from around the old door and place it at the base on the inside so it frames the door and covers up the grout line. Do not go with this company. They messed up installing one of the windows, and only provided half a screen when it should have been for a whole window. Well, shocking, one of the half screens blew away because it wasn't secure. When they were called, they said they don't even offer half window screens, so it's not their problem. The other window had a brand new screen, so we knew it was a lie. This was back in October. Since then, we have been trying to work with them to provide full window screens without luck. The sample of the window that the representative brought into your home had a half screen and it was never discussed that you would like a full screen. The industry standard is a half screen. We had a terrible experience with Window Concepts. We really liked our salesman which is why we chose them— he offered a good deal and made great suggestions. It took three months from ordering to have them installed, which if they wouldn’t have no-called, no-showed twice before that would have been okay. The contractors they hired (they were not from Window Concepts) were pleasant and did the job fine. My shingle job was done right and at a fair price, I had several estimates and felt window concepts was the fairest as they were upfront about any additional work that may need to be done ( replacement of plywood etc) which In the end I appreciated their honesty as it turned out the home just needed shingles and no plywood replacement, I would use them as I have a front door that needs some attention, thanks
