I would not recommend window concepts of Minnesota for any type of work. They installed windows in our home with very poor installation. Even worse was the job they did on replacing our siding. First of all the work was to be performed in August of 2017, however the siding crew did not start until January 2018. They did such poor work with the complete job from start to cleanup that the company had to send out another crew to redo the entire siding of our home. I had them install of new windows and doors (except one)...it cut my heating bill by almost half. I’m having them install the final entry door.

I interviewed and received quotes from 7 companies so I feel that I did my due diligence in deciding to go with Window Concepts for 22 windows, 1 specialty window, and 2 doors. Although Window Concepts was not the least or most expensive of the quotes I received, I feel the quality and value of the Thermal product they sell is excellent. When I noticed that Window Concepts will come as far north in the Brainerd Lakes area, I immediately called for a free estimate for a walk-in shower. Jonny the sales rep traveled up and we negotiated the reasonable costs for the project. There were minor hiccups as far as a timely installation date went, but every issue was resolved to my satisfaction. Ed was my installer and he did a very good job. He's experienced and meticulous in his work. I'm very pleased with the results of my project.

My initial introduction to Window Concepts was in 2015. I was extremely pleased with the sales approach, pricing and workmanship. Now, in 2018, I have had their representative out for an estimate on additional windows. Again, the salesman was concise and knowledgeable, with excellent window Options and pricing. I have hired them to this next installment of 4 windows.

I need to replace a leaky window in my master bedroom. They matched my existing windows perfectly. The crew was fast and clean and the sales consultant knowledgeable. I chose them after speaking to nearly ten other companies. Great job and I would highly recommend them. Once it fits in the budget, I will be replacing others.

Spring of 2015 I had my house redone with siding, sauffet, fascia and gutters. The house looks absolutely fabulous; however the gutters have been dripping ever since they have been replaced and over the last year it has gotten worse. I have spoken with many people, had a service person come out to look at them, he said he was going to come back and fix them. We hired Window Concepts to install our new windows. The sales rep was great at getting us what we needed. We only had a couple windows installed this time but will be going back to have the remaining windows in our house replaced. The only part that could have been better was that I did find metal shavings in my living room that I have had to clean up. The installers did vacuum the living room but there was some missed.
