Wonderful experience! Beau and the installation crew were great! Very punctual, professional, kind, helpful. Our sliding glass door is super!

Greg, my sales rep was very knowledgeable regarding my bathtub and surround install. He answered all questions I had and more. He was prompt at getting back to me and resolving an issue that came up. The person who installed was great and did an excellent job. It looks and feels great. I especially liked the 2 day completion!

I contacted Window Concepts 3 months ago about replacing a window in our home. They required payment prior to ordering window. To date they have not done the work. I called the company 6 times and got the answering machine each time and left messages and never received a response. I also left 2 text messages on their website and never received a response.
On day of installation the crew arrived right on time, were polite and courteous and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Area where windows were installed was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. Windows look terrific and I couldn’t be more pleased.
