Had to purchase a new patio door... messaged my friend and asked if window concepts was still at her house and joked about having them come to consult for my door. Dan came right over!! He had an awesome demo and actually showed me what it would look like and why it is different than others. Installation was a breeze and the temperature difference in my lower level is AMAZING! Will definitely use WC again!
We had a good experience with windows concept. The installers were efficient on a very cold day. They were personable and pleasant. The door is beautiful and changed the look of the house front. We would recommend windows concept to anyone. N

One of the worst experiences of working with a company in my life. The price was high for product and installation, but I thought that would be okay because the services and products promised were supposedly excellent. Ordered an exterior door with replacement of entire frame as well as interior and exterior trim on July 15, 2019 for $4,500.00. Told installation would be done in up to seven weeks. Window concepts replaced 3 large windows in my home. The product is fantastic. The workers were friendly, efficient and cleaned everything up. I had no marks on my walls or anything. I didn’t even need to vacuum. I will definitely use this company again! Shelly G

The staff from Window Concepts was amazing. They were efficient and had all of our windows installed within one day. The windows installed are of high quality, especially when it comes to the noise reduction and insulating values. The windows are too nice to be covered by curtains!
