They did a great job! I did half my house and will be requesting the same crew to complete my next phase. They were very professional and polite. They cleaned up afterwards and didn’t leave anything extra for me to do. I love my windows and all the safety features they offer!

Prior to the installation we expressed our concern with what precautionary steps they will be taking due to the Corona Virus. We hired Window Concepts with a contract and money down to put in a shower in our main bathroom. This was August 7, 2019. It was finally completed and final inspection on February 20, 2020! We were shocked and saddened by the horrific level of customer service. Phone calls were not returned when left by the wife in November, to see what was going on and then they finally responded to the husbands calls in December.
