The Window I purchased is everything the sales person said it was going to be. The company was easy to work with and the installers were professional and cleaned everything up.

We hired Window Concepts with a contract and money down to put in a shower in our main bathroom. This was August 7, 2019. It was finally completed and final inspection on February 20, 2020! We were shocked and saddened by the horrific level of customer service. Phone calls were not returned when left by the wife in November, to see what was going on and then they finally responded to the husbands calls in December. I love my new windows! Window Concepts is a great company. We had 9 windows replaced and they did a very professional job. The workers installed the windows very quickly which was good because it was February in MN! We noticed the difference right away in the amount of heat that we felt. Thank you window Concepts!
A bad experience with my new windows. First, the sales rep showed up for a free estimate he pressurized me to make me sign a contract, he got visibly upset, stood up and tore the papers he had started filling out when I told him that I needed more time to think through since this was a huge investment. I should have just listened to my instinct. I had 4 windows installed which are all fully paid for.
