This is the second time we have used Window Concepts and are very pleased with sales person and product,
I would give 0 stars if possible. I've purchased two sets of windows from Window Concepts - both through the same sales guy (Dan - he was great and helpful). I'm currently remodeling my whole house, so projects often become dependent on other projects being completed. First set of windows(3.5 out of 5 star due to lack of communication / response). Fast and friendly service items received a fast. Nice people who installed our products.

The project manager called the night before to let me know what time the siding crew would be arriving. He also showed up in the morning to look things over and talk with me about the job. The materials and crew showed up right on time. They were finished with the job in less than the expected time frame. Their clean up job was outstanding, nothing left behind. I love the color and craftsmanship. Looks like I have a brand new house. What a transformation!! Thank you Window Concepts!!
I am very happy with my new patio door and windows from Window Concepts of MN! There was a pretty long wait between purchase (Sept. 2019) and installation (May 2020) due to production time, multiple weather delays, and coronavirus precautions, but the job was finally completed last week!
