The project manager called the night before to let me know what time the siding crew would be arriving. He also showed up in the morning to look things over and talk with me about the job. The materials and crew showed up right on time. They were finished with the job in less than the expected time frame. Their clean up job was outstanding, nothing left behind. I love the color and craftsmanship. Looks like I have a brand new house. What a transformation!! Thank you Window Concepts!!
I am very happy with my new patio door and windows from Window Concepts of MN! There was a pretty long wait between purchase (Sept. 2019) and installation (May 2020) due to production time, multiple weather delays, and coronavirus precautions, but the job was finally completed last week! This installation was for patio door and it performs perfectly as advertised installation was done expertly and quickly. I've always had very good results using Windows Concepts as a contractor they also did a bay window in my kitchen and the same was true of that excellent quality and installation with perfect nature thank you window Concepts.

We chose window concepts after talking with and getting bids from multiple windows companies and we couldn't be happier! The sales person was fantastic and probably the biggest reason that we went with window concepts, but now that we have our new, triple pane windows installed, they speak for themselves. Not only are we saving money in our energy costs, but also the windows look fantastic and we hardly hear any noise outside our hose at all.
