We had a bad experience with this company not honoring their warranty. They came out a couple times and fixed the leaky window install but they never did come back and fix the terrible looking exterior casing trim. The rep that came out agreed that it was done poorly but it has never been repaired/redone.

I am very happy with the new tub unit installed by Window Concepts! I was constrained to a standard tub footprint, but Window Concepts has a wonderful deep soaker that fits standard length. The tub-to-ceiling wall panels, and matching built-in shelves, give my bath/shower a very luxurious and spacious feel. I love the height of the faucet knob - I don't have to lean down to control the water. We chose Window Concepts to replace our 'quite old' siding and are happy we did. We continue to receive compliments on the new siding look; the workers were very hard working and diligent at their tasks, the project tech followed through until all was completed and it was completed in less than a week.

Don't get me wrong great windows, but I do not understand a business that would advertise lifetime warranty on widows. And every time you call for services on them they tend to dodge you, not wanting to come out to replace and cover their lifetime warranty words. Have heard every excuse in the book from them. 1st my screen didn't show up and had to be install later. Tech came and install broken screens. 2nd one of my handle to the screen broke. High quality windows and expert workmanship. I’ve been in construction for over 35 years. The installation crew were impressive very efficient,clean and quick. Worst experience I have ever had. Do not recommend! Everything that could have gone wrong in our window installation did and windows concepts could not care less. We went through the contractor not showing up to the window being measured wrong and having no insulation for a month in the middle of winter. Here we are 4 months later with no bedroom screen and 5 promises on a call back for the status of the screen. I have never had such bad customer service with everyone including the rep and owner. Very professional. Takes time to explain different windows and their benefits. I’ve worked with them for years to slowly replace windows and I have never felt pressured. They are honest and help prioritize purchases.
