They did a great job. Very professional. Very prompt when I had questions.
Very knowledgeable, detailed explanation of product and procedure. I had quotes from three other local companies, and the pricing was not the cheapest, but I definitely feel like I my money was well spent. Great quality!
Window Concepts is an awesome company that makes getting new windows painless and smooth. This will be our third time they are installing windows for us. I did it in stages for financial reasons. They are not pushy with doing just a few windows. The sales man Greg is great as well. Totally recommend this company.
I had a bay window taken out and a large window installed that was able to be opened. The work was completed in February and immediately my gas bill went down. I love my new window and would recommend Window Concepts to anyone needing new windows
Could not recommend Window Concepts more! From the estimate to the install, nothing but professional and knowledgeable. I work from home and the install Techs let me know each step of the way their progress and how much longer until they were done. We love our new windows and patio door. Highly recommend!

Our experience with window concepts has been great! Friendly and courteous staff. Great communication and they did a great job with the installation of our new shower! It looks beautiful and all went without a hitch. They came when they said and there were no excuses even during the pandemic.
