Had patio doors replaced a few years ago, very pleased and am now replacing a few windows.
Window concepts was great! We used them for several windows that needed replacing a couple years ago, and then we recently set up to use them again for the rest of the windows and a door.
I loved Window Concepts. They were very good at install, the product is absolutely beautiful, and they were flexible when we wanted a last minute change on the bottom of our shower install. They were receptive to our needs, and communicated well. The price was fairly high, but it is worth it due to the product we received and the service we felt. We love our new shower!
It went absolutely great! We LOVE our new shower! It is beautiful and classy. When the installer first brought over the material and started to lay it out, we realized we did not like the tub that we had ordered, and decided to go with just a walk-in style shower basin. They did not question it at all, said it would be two or three weeks additional time because it would have to be custom ordered, but they totally were fine with that change, and did not charge us anything extra. Great customer service! I was impressed with all the follow up calls from the company. They did a great job in making sure I was a satisfied customer.
Alex and his crew did a wonderful job replacing doors and windows on my property. The windows and doors look fabulous. I signed a contract to replace the second story windows and I want his crew back. They were friendly and professional. The cleanup was amazing. During these trying times of supply chains, they did a wonderful job of setting expectations for timelines from material check to installation. I also signed a contract for a new roof.
Window Concepts of MN were very attentive and courteous during the sale house call and the installation. Because of the pandemic, everyone wore masks when visiting, which we truly appreciated. The installation was done professionally. Collin L. and his team did a great job!
The only thing great about Window Concepts is the subcontractors they hire to get the job done. Everything took longer than expected to come into their warehouse. There was very little communication to us about this. Which I get seems petty, but take into account, that after they installed the shower we were informed that the door had to measured then and they would order the door for said shower. The process went smoothly from initial contact to completion. I was apprehensive to deal with contractor because I was concerned there was rot under the window. Window concepts checked it out at estimate and told me the process of the installer found more than what was identified. Eased my mind. Highly recommended.
