Had two bathrooms redone. both turned out great. Professional and timely work.
We had a window installed and siding done at the same time. The crew was quick and did good work. Sales rep was friendly, responsive, and quick to resolve issues.
Happy with our Windows we got a few years ago. Just ordered two more.

Window Concepts put in a new shower, waterfall shower head, toilet, and flooring for me. Friendly and professional. Started on Wednesday and was done Friday afternoon, and that's with a few product swaps. S****** was marvelous, picked up everything at the end of the day, answered my questions, and even fixed my garage door! Very happy with the work and communication of Window Concepts.
**** and *** * I dealt with K*** ********** for our bathroom remodel. He was wonderful to work with even through issues we had kept cropping up. Remodel headaches.... We worked with H**** on the install. That man went above and beyond the call of duty. He had to deal with all the problems that came up. We just had our had our shower remodeled by Window Concepts. It was finished on 4/14/20. It took only 2 half days to finish and we loved that. Jeff was our installer and he did an amazing job! The colors were beautiful on the walls and the shower floor was great! Had a nice texture where you cannot slip when you step in or out. Our salesman was Kory and he did an excellent job of going through everything in his sales presentation.
