**** and *** * I dealt with K*** ********** for our bathroom remodel. He was wonderful to work with even through issues we had kept cropping up. Remodel headaches.... We worked with H**** on the install. That man went above and beyond the call of duty. He had to deal with all the problems that came up. We just had our had our shower remodeled by Window Concepts. It was finished on 4/14/20. It took only 2 half days to finish and we loved that. Jeff was our installer and he did an amazing job! The colors were beautiful on the walls and the shower floor was great! Had a nice texture where you cannot slip when you step in or out. Our salesman was Kory and he did an excellent job of going through everything in his sales presentation. They did a great job! I did half my house and will be requesting the same crew to complete my next phase. They were very professional and polite. They cleaned up afterwards and didn’t leave anything extra for me to do. I love my windows and all the safety features they offer!

Prior to the installation we expressed our concern with what precautionary steps they will be taking due to the Corona Virus.
