I had a bay window taken out and a large window installed that was able to be opened. The work was completed in February and immediately my gas bill went down. I love my new window and would recommend Window Concepts to anyone needing new windows
Could not recommend Window Concepts more! From the estimate to the install, nothing but professional and knowledgeable. I work from home and the install Techs let me know each step of the way their progress and how much longer until they were done. We love our new windows and patio door. Highly recommend!
What an amazing company from start to finish they were super helpful. Staff is professional and not pushy at all. Prices are very competitive. We are very happy with the service and the product.
Our experience with window concepts has been great! Friendly and courteous staff. Great communication and they did a great job with the installation of our new shower! It looks beautiful and all went without a hitch. They came when they said and there were no excuses even during the pandemic.

We bought a new entry and storm door for our home Window Concepts and had a great experience. We got several bids and they were the best priced out of their competitors. Our salesmen, Taylor, was great. I would definitely use them again.
They did perfect job for 8 foot patio door installation.Fully agree and like the work that Installers did last year in my house. Installed and connected it through walls to in living area. City Permit was pulled by them and inspector said it was done exceptionally well. They did awesome ?? at very competitive price. I will hire them next year for windows renewal project.
We had a wonderful experience with Window Concepts. We replaced all of our 40 year old windows and are very happy with the results. Each step of the process from the initial consultation, the final measurements and installation was handled professionally. The crew that installed immediately got to work and were friendly. Once installed, I was shown how to remove the window to clean and how to remove the screens. They left no mess inside or out. We are definitely planning on using them again for future projects.
