The new door looks fantastic. The crew was very professional and was able to install it in only a half-day even though it was not only a door but a door with sidelights and a large half-round above it. From sales to installation, we were highly pleased with the experience.
Had windows done at my old place and looking forward to using them again on my new home!

Really frustrated with the way their salesman and owner are operating their business. We signed a contract saying we could cancel our decision to move forward with replacing our windows. Three days after signing the contract (within the time frame) we decided we could not afford the upsurd amount of money quoted to us, and would rather pay our daughters college tuition in full with the money. The MOST horrifying experience of my Life!!!! I ordered specific custom metal french doors and storm doors and they installed incorrectly sized doors and cut my walls to accommodate the larger incorrect size WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. Their workmanship is terrible. They would not come out and replace my basement doors with the correct size nor would they fix numerous failures with the doors. Now I have to hire a different company to fix all their failures. It has taken me 2-1/2 years to get this far and has caused SO much stress... read more
