Had 7 windows replaced. They look great and installation was very quick
We wanted to let you know how happy we are with the windows. Cory, the pre-installation team, the installers Mike and Max, all did a great job. The mating of the colors and the quality of the windows are great. The fact they re-used some of the existing wood was great and made reinstalling the window blinds a breeze.
My experience with Window Concepts of Minnesota started in November of 2020. The roof was installed the first week of June 2021. When they roofed my home I was not told that light gray drip guard was available and had I not been home they would have put black on which would have looked inappropriate on my light gray eave. They then put on white. When replacing the sky lights (3) they let shingles, staples, nails and asphalt fall into my living room onto the carpet and the bathroom floor. Everything was very positive, starting with the salesman, who sold us on the business. ? Name. The installation went without a hitch and love the door.
The salesman was not pushy and showed us all the options for the door - style, lights, color. They even had the color to match the Anderson Renewal windows on our house. The installers came on time, did a great job and cleaned everything up. They also handled the permit. The door they sell is of excellent quality.
Window Concepts was great to work with from free estimate to install! I have and will continue to recommend them!

Ordered a full re-siding of our home 04.06.21. Paid a 1/4 downpayment that day with a salesman. End of April still have heard nothing, so tried to call and check on the status. Left a message and was called back and told they would be at the house to remeasure to order. No one showed up on the 05.06.21 scheduled day. We called and were told there was no reason for remeasurement.
