Great product and professionally installed. We noticed a difference In The temperature of the house right away. They took care of everything including the city inspection.

We are so pleased with Window concepts. They look larger and brighter, people say they are beautiful. Our installation crew with Dennis, Nick and Alex said they were putting the windows in as if they were puting them in their own home. The crew was very hard working and never stopped intil the job was complete. I would reccomend Window Concepts to anyone thinking of replaceing windows to last a lifetime as is the warrenty. the windows are expensive but worth it. Shoreview, MN
My experience thus far with Window Concepts has left me wondering if I chose the right company for the job? On February 15th, 2021 I paid Window Concepts 25% of total for a tub and shower wall replacement. I was told that the job would be complete in 12 to 16 weeks, most likely being 12 weeks. At the 12 week mark I called them and left a message on Adam's voicemail. They are a very bad company to get your siding and windows from ..have been dealing with them for almost 5 years. First siding put on in the winter by a young man that never did it alone before. windows wrong ones put in and it took a lot to get the other correct one in. but they still ice over. our old ones didnt to this degree! Also they jammed a window in down stairs that needed to come out and be put in right in order for it to open. I just had my windows from Window Concepts installed a couple days ago and am very happy with the whole experience. Jessy my sales rep was very helpful, and responsive throughout the whole process. There was a slight miscommunication around installation date due to weather, but I reached out to Jessy and he went the extra mile to help me figure out when my windows were going to be installed. I had them do a shower replacement. Very professional and thorough job. Job was done promptly, and the work area was left fully cleaned. I would highly recommend them.
