Window Concepts was wonderful to work with. The door selection process was easy and had many options to choose from. The installer was on time, friendly and kept the area clean while removing my old door and installing the new one.

Never use #WindowConcepts Window Concepts of Minnesota ~ they took $3,000.00 from a 78 year old last January for a bathroom remodel and have never followed through. I am trying to help and they will only take a message for sales person ~ owner will not take customer calls. #Windowconcepts Sales person Adam just called back, he stated that a contract was signed and there was a 3 day cancel policy on the bathroom remodel and they are unwilling to refund the money. Very disappointed! I was told my windows would take 14-16 weeks. I signed the papers April 4th and now it’s almost middle of October and still nothing! I called left a on a Friday they didn’t call me back until Monday and then left me a message that someone emailed me a week ago to set up installation which I looked back in my emails to make sure I didn’t miss the email but nope no email from them.
