During the initial install, we realized a communication gap between your customer service and production teams. Three of our ordered windows were being retrofit into a 2x6 wall and we suspected the person who came out to measure didn’t catch this as they never came inside the house. We replaced nearly every window in our 110+ year old house and they look fabulous! It was a long wait from order to installation but it was worth it. The company responded to all my 'where are they?' emails politely and patiently even though they had warned me the wait would be exactly as long as it was. We went with the very most efficient windows they could sell us. We won't know for a while yet how well the windows keep the heat in but they are doing an amazing job keeping the heat out! We were very excited to get our new back door, storm door, and front door installed. Window Concepts of MN is an excellent company to work with. They kept us updated on our doors being made and as soon as they came in they contacted us immediately and set up an installationg date. The installer was exceptional. Dr. Joe or as some call him the Door Doctor was very professional, polite and friendly. He certainly knows how to install doors properly and correct. Very friendly to talk to as he was working. I have been using WC since 2013. They first did the windows to my house and I was so satisfied with their work that I had them come back and install a sliding door and remodel my bathroom over the years. They are not pushy when it comes to providing quotes or scheduling dates and their techs are super polite when on the job. I highly recommend you consider them, they are worth every penny.

I had four windows, a bay window, and my front door replaced. Working with Window Concepts of Minnesota was excellent with every step of the process. The sales person was thorough, and didn't pressure me. The person that took detailed measurements informed me of what to expect when it came to trim adjustments due to the age of my windows and front door. The installers were polite, and very hard workers. They finished the job in a single day, and I haven't found a single flaw in their work. I shouldn't need my windows replace... read more
