Professional all the way through the process: from consultation, sales, and especially the installation of our new bathroom remodel from demo to finish. We had floors, walls, and a new shower with a shower door installed. Excellent work. Expensive, yes. Worth it, yes. Would recommend!

Quality workmanship and also, very importantly, the work was done in the time frame promised. Our installer did a very good job of cleaning up after himself. We will only use Window Concepts for our future home projects (we just signed up for a patio door replacement too).

Had 3 doors and a large front door installed. Poor workman shop, Installer was rude, had to pick colors for door wrap 5 time. Did not close off the house when installing door in single digit temp. Poor communicating with service work.
