Door is beautiful! Install went smooth. We had a special request and our installer was happy to accommodate!
Great patio door. Room is warmer and quieter. Purchase was a good experience.
Door install went well, and looks great. Sales process was very informative and detailed. Installer answered all questions, was courteous, and cleaned everything up to finish the job.

Window Concepts put in a new bathroom. the workmen were Prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable, The three men were Ed, Lee, and Greg. Hope I remember their names correctly. They worked hard for us and cleared up some glitches. We are very pleased with the job done. We have shown this bathroom to a lot of people, friends, neighbors, and relatives. WE STARTED THE PROCESS OF GETTING ANEW ENTER DOOR AND SIDE PANELS IN JUNE 2021, AND ARE STILL WAITING TO CORRECT TE SLAB THAY WAS PUT IN. THE DOOR IS SMALL ON TOP THAN IT IS ON THE BOTTOM. EVERY TIME I SEND AN E-MAIL, CHECKING ON THE STATUS, I’M TOLD THEY WILL CHECK ON IT AND GET BACK TO ME. I DON’T HEAR BACK UNTIL I CHECK AGAIN
