We replaced nearly every window in our 110+ year old house and they look fabulous! It was a long wait from order to installation but it was worth it. The company responded to all my 'where are they?' emails politely and patiently even though they had warned me the wait would be exactly as long as it was. We were very excited to get our new back door, storm door, and front door installed. Window Concepts of MN is an excellent company to work with. They kept us updated on our doors being made and as soon as they came in they contacted us immediately and set up an installationg date. The installer was exceptional. I have been using WC since 2013. They first did the windows to my house and I was so satisfied with their work that I had them come back and install a sliding door and remodel my bathroom over the years. They are not pushy when it comes to providing quotes or scheduling dates and their techs are super polite when on the job. I highly recommend you consider them, they are worth every penny.

The sales person was thorough, and didn't pressure me. The person that took detailed measurements informed me of what to expect when it came to trim adjustments due to the age of my windows and front door. I had bath tub and surround wall replaced. Mike did it it in one day, he did a beautiful job and excellent quality love it. From sales to the finish everyone was pleasant to work with. Yes would recommend to others .
