We used Window Concepts for a new front door with side light. They had a great selection of options and we were able to custom build our door to fit our needs. WC even created a photo of the door we selected on our house so we could see how it would look prior to ordering. The door was delivered at the exact timing we were told. The WC installer, Joe was amazing. He was courteous, efficient - did a great job with the install and cleaned up when he was done. I have been on here before regarding this. I repeat, THIS IS A DISHONEST COMPANY. Not only will they lie to you, string you along, and ultimately not perform per their contract, they will then take you to court for a false accusation. They said they installed a window, which they never did, then removed the first window and installed a second window. To this day there was never a new window from Window Concept s that came within 100ft of my house. Thanks Window Concepts for wasting 2.5 years of my life
The team arrived promptly and were kind and informative throughout the process. They removed and replaced the encasement around our new sliding glass door perfectly to the point where it looks like it was never removed (we had just replaced our siding a few months earlier). The four windows we had placed look great as well. We are happy with how everything turned out!

Wouldn’t. Recommend them Took a year small bathroom Had multiple installers. Just couldn’t get it right First installer walked off the job Second one months later smoking Jane in my driveway and came work high Smelled bad in my house He didn’t finish the job. Took many trips from a dripping sink and missing items needed to be installed I was very patient cause they had me by the balls Installers are very rude too. Don’t tell you what’s happening.
