great windows and install was no hassle great job by the installer
Never use #WindowConcepts Window Concepts of Minnesota ~ they took $3,000.00 from a 78 year old last January for a bathroom remodel and have never followed through. I am trying to help and they will only take a message for sales person ~ owner will not take customer calls. #Windowconcepts Sales person Adam just called back, he stated that a contract was signed and there was a 3 day cancel policy on the bathroom remodel and they are unwilling to refund the money. Very disappointed! I was told my windows would take 14-16 weeks. I signed the papers April 4th and now it’s almost middle of October and still nothing! I called left a on a Friday they didn’t call me back until Monday and then left me a message that someone emailed me a week ago to set up installation which I looked back in my emails to make sure I didn’t miss the email but nope no email from them. Absolutely great, beautiful finish, frame work outstanding Door Dr. THE BEST. Can't believe the difference it makes with doors that work the way they should, so safe easy locking, easy close, so quiet, Door Dr. worked until everything was perfect - consider my home is over 100 years - this makes it feel so much safer and beautiful - inside and out.
