Had them install a new front door and replace a glass sliding door. Front door went great and looked great immediately. However, there was an issue with the glass sliding door. They service tech came out to address it but wasn’t able to resolve it. I was very frustrated. But Window Concepts reached out to the vendor and found a solution. I was very relieved and we are pleased with the product. I can endorse window concepts for a job well done and would use there services again in the future.
Window Concepts was wonderful to work with. The door selection process was easy and had many options to choose from. The installer was on time, friendly and kept the area clean while removing my old door and installing the new one.
