I've only had a great experience with this company. They are punctual and not pushy. They have great prices and the value is second to none.
Window Concepts sold us a quality fire rated door and it was installed by a professional contractor who did an awesome job. It looks and works great!

I am very happy with the three projects performed by Window Concepts on my home (over the past few years including one last year and one this year). Price, service, installation all were very well done.
Window Concepts is not the least expensive yet cost much less than their leading competitor, the "...1955... folks." that is based on facts! They do what they say and when they say they will. We've had 1 bathroom fully remodeled and have 2 more on the schedule with them. Jonny *****, our sales rep. is very "down to earth," professional and is trustable! Our experience with this company has been very positive. Over the past ten years they’ve done four projects for us and we’ve been happy with the products (windows and doors) and the install teams. Customer service and response times were usually excellent.
