We had two news sets of French patio doors installed and love them. Very professional and detailed service.
I had Window Concepts install 2 patio doors for me. They are warm, tight and look great. Best part is I didn;t have to lift a finger to install them. Windo Concepts did a great job.

Efficient and friendly. It took longer than expected but job was well done and we're pleased with the results.
Remodeled our basement shower. We had some hiccups with unforeseen wiring issues but even with that added headache, the process was pretty smooth and left us with a beautiful new shower. We’ve already recommended to several guests who have seen the work.
Great service all around! We had a special requirement for one of our windows and the sales person knew exactly what we needed and found a solution. The prices were very competitive, scheduling the installation was flexible and the installers took the extra time necessary to ensure the job was done right the first time.
The new door looks fantastic. The crew was very professional and was able to install it in only a half-day even though it was not only a door but a door with sidelights and a large half-round above it. From sales to installation, we were highly pleased with the experience.
Had windows done at my old place and looking forward to using them again on my new home!

Really frustrated with the way their salesman and owner are operating their business. We signed a contract saying we could cancel our decision to move forward with replacing our windows. Three days after signing the contract (within the time frame) we decided we could not afford the upsurd amount of money quoted to us, and would rather pay our daughters college tuition in full with the money.
