I have used Window Concepts twice now to replace all my windows over a couple times. They were excellent both times! I would absolutely recommend them.
While we had to wait awhile for our door because of COVID, it is beautiful! I also loving using the screen door for fresh air.
Install of a large sliding window and two patio doors went very well. the follow up after has been exceptional. Long story short, on a follow up call after install we requested a service person come look over a tight sliding area. The service was scheduled and communicated as thoroughly as initial work. Sticky piece was repaired, service person noticed something he wanted to replace. Again all handled professionally and as customer friendly as could be.
This is the third time I have used Window Concepts for new doors ... 3 patio, 2 front, and 2 service doors. Each time I used them everyone was professional, friendly and answered all my questions. The installation went very smoothly. I will use them again. Ray D
I could rant for paragraphs about how uncoordinated this company is as a business and how much I have gone through with them in the year it has taken since order date to still get my 1 window correct. I would highly recommend doing business with a company that actually knows what's going on within their own business
