Great experience from start to finish. We had 15 windows done and the crew worked incredibly hard to get them all done in ONE day! No damage to our existing woodwork! Would recommend without hesitation!

I had a wonderful experience working with Beau *********and the team at Window Concepts. Beau was more than fair with our costs, especially compared with the value we received. He was prompt and took care of any concerns we had, immediately answered our calls with questions and made the whole experience painless. They do not stand behind their work. They are difficult to get a hold of and communicate with. The quality of their workmanship is sub standard and highly questioned by other contractors I have had working on my house. I had to have another contractor fix a door they installed. They are refusing to come out and even look at the windows that they installed that have huge gaps and let moisture in. Great experience with the salesman and workers. Lee, their lead plumber and his son, made the demolition and rebuild of my basement shower a most beautiful experience. I love my new shower!

I have tried to talk to these people and they never call back about a couple of windows that are leaking. I did get a call back after a month or month and a half and told them to go ahead and fix them, that was at least a month and a half ago, again no calls or letting me know anything. My windows have a fifty year guarantee and nothing ever happens. This is by far the worst company I have ever worked with and would never recommend them for anything. I am totally fed up with them.

We bought a new door from Window Concepts in 2013 and it has worked wonderfully. It had to be special ordered to fit the eight foot space in our 110 year old house. The work was done well. We are very pleased with the product and the process.

I hired Window Concepts a few years ago to replace a large living room window. They were so efficient, and it was so professionally installed. I love the functionality. I’ve just hired them to replace three more windows in my home!

Had them install a new shower and 4 windows at my house, totaling $17,000. The shower broke, had them come fix it after days of calling. It has now broke again, same spot. I’ve called all last week and even stopped in on the weekend and still nothing. My mother is handicapped and has to go from Richfield to Uptown and shower at my cousins house cause these lazy people refuse to come fix the damn shower. This has got to go against some part of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
