I had Window Concepts replace my roof three years ago, this has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The project was a disaster from the beginning, the job was scheduled to start two different times and know one showed, I had to call them to ask was what going on they said it was due to weather. I rescheduled for a different date and they didn't show again until I called, then they sent a crew out at 4:00 pm and they worked until 9:30 pm. the next day my roof was half open and i had to call again to get the guy... read more
Window Concepts of Minnesota did a great job replacing our front door.
Window Concepts replaced all our windows and did such a great job we had them back to install a new patio door. We knew the quality of their work would be great and the door much better quality than if we bought one ourselves. Spent lots of time helping us figure out what would work best for us.
Overall great experience. They delivered the quality of the product and the customer service I was looking far. I would recommend and use them again.
