My wife and I purchased a door in mid January from a salesman who is apparently no longer done with the company. We were told that someone would call us after the door was ready to be installed. We were not informed it was ready until my wife called and asked. Then they scheduled a day to install, we took off work to ensure we would be home. Bobby helped me design my new front door and picture window, told me what to expect, and everything went very smoothly. I love my new door, and the new window in my bedroom really brightened up a northeast room!
We used Window Concepts, a year ago at our old house. We dealt with Hassan and they where great to work with. The windows looked real nice. We are now using them again at our new place.
Windows concept did such a good job in the fall of 2015, that we are having them back this summer to finish our upper level. Install did a great job for us in the master bath and master bedroom and now we are finishing the living room. Our salesman Dan was very informative and helped us thru the entire process, We are glad he is still with the company, as he helped us back in 2015. I would highly recommend his services.
