Window Concepts recently remodeled my bathroom with a new tub, surround, vanity and fixtures. Andrew did a wonderful job and left no mess whatsoever. He was pleasant to have around. Great service, Our shower installation went very smoothly. We needed our old tub out and watched Ed carry it down the stairs and out the door in pieces. He never once showed any signs of frustration. We were consulted on hardware placement every step of the way. The water pressure and temperature controls are perfect. They also replaced the window and sealed it in the shower. Very Happy

Wow! I had Windows Concept come to my home and make over my downstairs shower. They did a wonderful job. They covered my floors and stairway with tarps. It was wonderful how they worked at removing the old and taking the debris out of my home. Ed even advised my husband of the work that he did and changes he made. The installers were on time, efficient and professional. When they were finished, they removed all waste materials. I would recommend them to friends and family.
The crew was prompt, courteous, pleasant, and thorough in their work. The window is amazing! I will have them work on my home anytime!
Everything was on time. Salesman explained me everything. Latter some misunderstanding happens, but it was solved fast. Installers did good job. Price is good for that kind of windows. I would recommend this company to other people.
The sales person had a nice selection of options. Everything went smooth. All new doors look great. The new doors install went quick. 2 storm doors and two entry doors. Even the extended family thinks the house looks nicer. The new doors are of better quality than our old 1960's paper thin doors.
