In my lifetime, I’ve conducted many remodel projects and window and Bath Concepts tops the list for professionalism, easy to work with and quality of work. I’m delighted with the results of my new bathroom project. I received everything that I asked for and the project was done within two days as promised. No mess to clean up & I could use right away. The acrylic product is high-quality and I love that it has a lifetime warranty that is transferable to one additional owner. I would highly recommend this company!

My new door and screen door are fabulous! The installers were top-notch. It was only about 20 degrees on the day of my install and the guys were considerate about how long my house was without a door stopping the cold air from coming in. They took great care when removing the original custom molding that surrounded the original door from 1958. Because the molding was so carefully removed, it was reinstalled perfectly after the new door was installed. The paint lines even line up! It's as if the new door has always been there... read more

Window Concepts has done quite a bit of work for us. From windows to a sliding patio door to a front door to just recently they converted our tub to a standing shower. The quality of products and the jobs that were done are fantastic. Wonderful to work with!
Just had new windows and sliding patio door installed. Very pleased with product. Installer was great. Felt he went above just putting in windows, but since it was very cold outside made it as comfortable as possible. Whole project was done in minimal time. Love the way my living room feels larger and brighter.

I am so happy with my new patio door! The representative knows his product really well, and the installation was amazing. I did not even notice Jim was there working. I could not be happier with my new door and am relieved about the double locking system plus the added security feature of the vent block at the edge of the door. I would eagerly recommend Window Concepts to anybody thinking of replacing their widows or doors.

We ordered our doors in June 2018. There has been nothing but problems. The doors weren’t ready until September and the front door wasn’t built correctly and couldn’t be installed. It took until late October and then the screen door was damaged so again they weren’t able to finish the door. It is now almost mid January and we still don’t have our screen door.
