I need to replace a leaky window in my master bedroom. They matched my existing windows perfectly. The crew was fast and clean and the sales consultant knowledgeable. I chose them after speaking to nearly ten other companies. Great job and I would highly recommend them. Once it fits in the budget, I will be replacing others.
Spring of 2015 I had my house redone with siding, sauffet, fascia and gutters. The house looks absolutely fabulous; however the gutters have been dripping ever since they have been replaced and over the last year it has gotten worse. We hired Window Concepts to install our new windows. The sales rep was great at getting us what we needed. We only had a couple windows installed this time but will be going back to have the remaining windows in our house replaced. The only part that could have been better was that I did find metal shavings in my living room that I have had to clean up. The installers did vacuum the living room but there was some missed.
The window installers were very efficient, professional and concientious of their work. After they left you couldn't even tell that they were here. I have already noticed a decrease in our utility bill after one month. We are very happy with our windows and Windows Concept of Minnesota, Inc.
We had our door installed last year with Window Concepts and are very happy with the quality of their products and installation. The crew who installed it was very professional and did a great job. We were so pleased with the work we are looking to have our windows replaced this year.

We have had windows replaced on two different occassions and it couldn't have been easier. Installation was fast and crew was awesome, no mess to speak of. Just got the last estimate for the remainder of the windows that need replacement.
We had a great experience with this company. They were very friendly and informative. When it came time to install they did it very quickly and didn't leave any mess at all which was a plus in our book.
