Sales person was knowledgeable; the service techs were courteous, efficient and knew what they were doing; the office staff were also courteous and knowledgeable. Pricing was competitive, too.
The crew was awesome, they did a wonderful job.

Window Concepts recently remodeled my bathroom with a new tub, surround, vanity and fixtures. Andrew did a wonderful job and left no mess whatsoever. He was pleasant to have around. It took a little longer than planned to get the project started, but the wait was well worth it. I LOVE my new bathroom.

Great service, Our shower installation went very smoothly. We needed our old tub out and watched Ed carry it down the stairs and out the door in pieces. He never once showed any signs of frustration. We were consulted on hardware placement every step of the way. The water pressure and temperature controls are perfect. They also replaced the window and sealed it in the shower. Very Happy

Wow! I had Windows Concept come to my home and make over my downstairs shower. They did a wonderful job. They covered my floors and stairway with tarps. It was wonderful how they worked at removing the old and taking the debris out of my home. Ed even advised my husband of the work that he did and changes he made.
