Thank you Window Concepts of Minnesota. We love our new entry door and sidelight, and access door. Your installers did a great job making sure the doors were installed level and secure. We stopped in at your new location and wish you all success in your new facility.

the sales associate was well versed and knowledgeable on the product and gave real expectations on the time frame of the job being completed. The installers were very efficient and completed the job on time minus a weather day. only thing that could be worked on would be the staff help in the front office it always seemed to go to a voice mail. However they always called back within 24 hours. I have dealt with a handful of other contractors and companies Windows Concepts is far superior than the other Big Name contractors

From the inquiring about a product, the sales representative, the front office staff to the actual installation, this process was great. Once the installation date was established, things were great. the installation crew arrived on time, asked a couple of questions and proceeded to install our new entry door. Very professional and polite and after the installation process they explained the functions of the door and with respect indicated that if there were any problems to please call and they would respond immediately. Horrible customer service. Promises promises but no follow up with poor installation. Talked to the owner Greg. Instead of apology for mistakes I got arguments. Really? All he had to do is apologize for no show and late show. Correct mistakes? Salesman said he'd take care of it... never heard from again. SO disappointed.

I didn't even get to the point of a quote with Window Concepts of MN. I set aside a day from work to obtain several quotes for new windows on our small townhouse. I understand that only 5 windows and $5k job is not a big deal but should at least justify a quote. When the consultant showed up for Window Concepts he asked if my husband would be joining us. I would never never recommend Windows Concepts to anyone. We decided to have our tub/shower done by Windows Concepts. We received something in the mail and decided to have them come out for a quote. This was back the first week of April. The sales rep was a very smooth talker and and very quick to answer his cell phone and respond like a charm!
