Overall, I would recommend Window Concepts. They were not the lowest quote I received, but I strongly feel you get what you pay for, and their window quality is great. The windows were installed ~2 months later than initially quoted, however this wasn’t urgent for me, so I was able to look past this. The installer (Joe) was very professional and did an excellent job!

I originally had window concepts install a few windows in my house in 2012, everything went great and we hired them again in 2015 to replace the rest of our old windows in the house. The installers have always been professional and efficient. We recently just signed another contract with window concepts to replace our patio door and look forward to working with them again.

I’m extremely pleased with my new door from Windows Concept! The installers did a great job and had a unusual installation since I have a block house. I’d definitely recommend Windows Concepts to anyone requiring their services.

This is our third experience with Windows Cocepts. We first had all the window on the back of the house replaced two years ago. Last year we had our master shower replaced. We just ordered four more windows. We have been very satisfied with their products. Everyone from the salesman, office personnel and installers have been helpful and professional.

MN Concepts provided a great quote and an expected timeline of installation (10-12 weeks). Windows were not installed until 2 months after timeline. The 6 windows and 2 patio doors were installed during negative weather in the winter and the installers did a great job at installing them, communicating next steps and cleaning up better than expected.

About 8-9 years ago we hired Window Concepts to insulate our attic and to do a tub/shower insert. We were very pleased with the professional quality work they did. We are now having our tub/shower re-caulked by them for free. They have a lifetime warranty. Doing business with them is a very good experience.

We have used Window Concepts twice now, both times we were happy with the experience. The sales person was very professional and accomodating. The installation team was incredibly neat and clean with their work both in the house and out. We did have to wait a few weeks longer for our windows than we were originally told but it was well worth the wait. Our windows look great and have proven to be efficient at keeping the cold out.
