How dare you make a pregnant women upset!? You are absolutely the worst customer service. I ordered 1600 dollars worth of furniture. 2 separate orders. We called and ask if we can combined it and make it just 200 dollars shipping instead of 2, 200 dollars transactions. You said absolutely. That is will be reimbursed when it was delivered. I ordered three pendants from Pottery Barn, the Modern Open Rattan Pendant, in small, in stock and ready to ship. After so much shopping, they are absolutely perfect for the space we have. The order was placed on March 23, 2020. I received an order confirmation and a delivery window of April 6-12. After not seeing any change to the order progress on the 12th, I called PB. I would give this company ZERO stars if I could. After ordering a bed frame that West Elm only partially shipped to me, the remaining piece of the frame was no longer manufactured and the order remained incomplete. I tried for a full year to have West Elm arrange a pick up of the partially shipped order to get my money back. After finally getting the item picked up by their delivery service, I have yet to receive my money back after two months! Customer service is poorly trained and not helpful.
False information! I was told I would have 6 months to pay off a $520 purchase interest free in late February. The due date on my statement was April 11th. I called comenity bank to confirm the interest free payments for six months and they validated. After my first payment, I received a $10 finance charge. I called comenity bank again for having a balance and now told there was no promotion. I found out later the threshold for promotions is $750. The cashier nor the bank receptionist knew their job.
Ordered from Pottery Barn online during the COVID store closures. They were running a promotion code "EARTHDAY" for 20% off furniture + 25% of all regularly priced items + free shipping. Free shipping made sense to me, along with promotions as a way to drum up online sales, since the brink and mortar stores are closed during the pandemic. I have had some bad experiences with costume service but this company takes the cake for having the worst costumer service I have EVER received! When I asked to speak to a supervisor they rerouted my phone call 3 times before I was able to speak to a supervisor. When I finally got to talk to a supervisor named ******* from Nevada and expressed my frustrations in a respectful manner, she actually yelled at me, the costumer.... Opened a CC with them and had my account closed for no reason and when try and call their customer service they couldn't provide information on why my account was closed even though all the payments were made on time.... PS they bank with Comenity Bank for their CC and they were the once who closed the account for no reason so be careful opening a CC and have your account closed just cause they can with no warning just a letter in the mail telling you its been closed.....
I placed an order specifically to use my rewards dollars. The code did not apply at check out. I did not receive an order confirmation email until much later and the customer service was closed so I couldn't call until the next morning. When I called I was hung up on three times when the phone service said I was being transferred. I had to press "0" to trick the system and then was told too bad they can't extend my rewards dollars or issue a credit event though the entire reason I placed an order was to use them. I had a bad experience with West Elm's product and customer service. I bought their Belgian Linen sheets and they fell apart one year and two months later with a big hole. I followed best practices for care and cleaning of the sheets. Linen sheets are typically supposed to last 3-5 years. I contacted customer service and they told me they could not give me a refund or store credit because it was normal wear and tear.
