TERRIBLE quality control. Ordered a Merry & Bright Advent Calendar as a gift for my daughter in late October. First one received, they ran out of thread on the personalized name (last letter). Called and they did a refund and re-order. Received the second one on Nov. 7th. Opened immediately and a complete letter was missing from the "Merry Christmas" wording. DO NOT EVER GET A POTTERY BARN/WILLIAMS SONOMA CREDIT CARD I asked for a Pottery Barn card in August, 2018 to get both rewards and the signing discount. I spent $12,000, accruing $550 + $880 dollars in rewards. On December 24th, 2018 my card was charged $3400 out of the store in Miami where I had used the card once. They canceled the card on the 26th. 3 months later they restored the $3400 and sent me a new card. None of my points were on it. Another 3 months and they finally restored my points, expired. Placed an order with West Elm in July. Still missing several pieces and had damaged furniture delivered. At all times follow up and communication was on me. Beware this company does not value customer service.

Stay away from ONLINE SHOPPING WITH ANY OF THEIR BRANDS. I cannot stress strongly enough how awful a company this is. When shopping online at Mark and Graham last week, I experienced a glitch in the process of completing the order. Within a minute of placing the order, I discovered that they had set my "default shipping address" to be someone other than me. I AM NOT EXAGGERATING - DO NOT SHOP AT WEST ELM. On August 27, 2019, I went to West Elm located on Brooklyn (Main Street) to purchase a sofa. The sales rep advised me that if I wanted to finance the cost of the sofa in smaller payments, I should get the West Elm Credit Card. Not that I needed it, but since she mentioned it would be a easier form of payment, I agreed to the credit card. I will absolutely never shop at Williams Sonoma ever again, and neither should you, if you value being treated how a decades-long paying customer deserves to be treated. I received a house warming gift of a dining room table, that was absolutely falsely represented on the website. Unfortunately I was not at home the day it was delivered so I was unable to refuse the delivery, which I would have, given its state. BEWARE FUTURE BUYER I placed an order for the PB Comfort Slipcovered Ottoman and Chair in July 2019 with a scheduled delivery date of September 2019. The furniture never arrived and I did not receive any communication that it was placed on back order. I called to follow up on the delay and was told the order was not fulfilled. This is an email I sent to Pottery Barn and in a nutshell of what I have been dealing with: "To whom it may concern: I am extremely disappointed in Pottery Barn and the way my order was handled. I had two rug options to choose between and chose the rug I ordered on September 16 because it had a faster delivery date, which was October 2. My rug never arrived. Pottery Barn’s inventory management is abysmal. Multiple orders placed to furnish and decorate my new home resulted in store cancellations because items ordered were not in stock with no planned refresh of inventory and back orders of 6-9 months for items listed as in-stock with anticipated delivery within a week at the time I placed my orders.
