If I could give a zero, I would. I am appalled by the lack of customer service. I have always loved sending their products as a gift at the holidays. I sent one this year, on Dec 19, and it still hasn't delivered as of Jan3. I took the initiative to call UPS and initiate an investigation to find the package after Williams Sonoma told me to just wait that it would be delivered that day. I have never been so disappointed and tricked by a company before this experience. I purchased the ******* crib for my child through a Pottery Barn Kids store. Later the conversion kit to change the crib to a toddler bed was gifted to us. Although the same product name was used, the conversion kit no longer fit that model crib (this information is based on communication from Pottery Barn's manufacture). Had our wedding registry on here. All was fine except for a dish set that one of our guests for back in February 2019 with an expected delivery date of May 2019 (back order), which then got bumped to June. We ordered another set in June and received it within 2 weeks. Called W&S and their answer was that they cannot do anything to get us the product because the ship date is still in the future (their 3rd party supplier was shifting the date back and back). Do NOT buy from this company. This is easily the worst shopping experience I’ve had in the 20 years I’ve had a credit card. I ordered an item for Christmas on November 3 and after multiple phone calls and emails of nothing but getting the run around, it’s now the days after Christmas and I still don’t have it. I called numerous times and asked to speak to a supervisor (but never actually spoke to one) and kept getting told that it was shipping any day. BUYER BEWARE! Do not shop here! I ordered a sectional sofa back at the end of August and STILL have yet to receive it. First, my couch had an expected delivery date of 10/14-10/28 being that it was custom fabric. Along with it, I ordered a dining table that did NOT require customization. When October hit, I thought it was odd I received no notification for my upcoming delivery. The customer service at Pottery Barn Kids in Tampa is terrible. I went in there this morning with my family to purchase an item that was on sale in store only. There were 3 if not 4 people working the floor yet none of them asked if I needed assistance. I waited at the customer service desk while the employee was on the phone and the other employees walked around the store. When she got off the phone I was able to ask about the advertised sale. after purchasing a gift card on line , and my payment going thru, 6 days later come to find out my order had not even been processed. after calling and them assuring me a rush would be put on it the next day still not even processed. they would not even cancel order said it was fullfilled, HA ya on my end not their end, waited 26 minutes to even talk with someone that could even do something after being transferred all around even to furniture department, no empathy whatsoever for the consumer, totally did not care, received... read more

DO NOT ORDER FROM MARK AND GRAHAM. Beautiful stuff but if you have a problem, good luck. They screwed up my order from the get-go - simple request - ship 60 of the item to an address. For some reason, I got 2 in one shipment and 1 in the shipment that was supposed to contain 57 of the item. First screw up. I called to get it fixed and was told the order had been updated and they would expedite the shipping. Three weeks later - nothing. This review pertains solely to Williams Sonoma's shipping. I ordered some towels on December 3, but it was not even shipped until December 6. That date was changed again, but I was finally given a date of December 12 with a time window. Now I learn that there was a delay and that the delivery will be December 13 or 14. I live in a city and do not have a secure drop-off place at my place, so I normally arrange to have the few packages I order dropped off at a UPS for pickup.
