This company is quick to take your money but it isn’t so easy to get it back if not satisfied. I purchased a table over the phone which costs over $700. In less than 12 hours I realized it wasn’t right for my space. I called and not in system yet and was abruptly disconnected. I called next morning and was told unable to cancel as already in fulfillment. Can’t cancel til I’m called to schedule delivery at which time there will be delivery fee!!

I received a Vitamix from Williams Sonoma that I never ordered. I returned it immediately. They are still charging me for this product. After spending numerous hours on the phone, e-mailing and working with both Williams Sonoma and my credit card company, I still do not have resolution. Bottom line - I no longer have the product and they have my money. Sounds like FRAUD to me.

Ordered online one day ago, price is now $60 dollars less. Items have not left the warehouse yet I am told they can not cancel the order or adjust the price. Ask for a supervisor and they just hang up on you. What a sham. Pottery Barn should be ashamed, price gouging is not a good look.

Pottery Barn credit reward is totally a SCAM!!!! I bought a couch for 2500 dollars and received 500 dollars credit reward. I spent 150 dollars on one order, thinking I could use the left 350 dollars on next time. When I tried to apply on the next order, they told me I CAN NOT BECAUSE I HAVE ALREADY USED IT!!!! So you can only use your credit reward ONCE!!! They should have told me that instead doing advertising everywhere about 10% credit!!! This is not 10% credit!!! This should be called ONLY ALLOWED TO APPLY ONCE 10% REWAR... read more

I am a FREQUENT customer at Williams Sonoma, West Elm, and Pottery Barn and my experience with corporate has been unacceptable. I ordered a coffee table online from West Elm Aug 2 with the estimated delivery date Aug 8. This was changed to August the 12 and then August 26 and finally Sept 9. I called 6 times to inquire about any issue with my order, i.e. do I need to cancel, and was given a different answer every time. West elm customer service is horrendous. I made at least 20 calls each lasting for about 30 minutes regarding my refund and this has not been resolved yet. They don’t call me back or do a follow up even after I mention multiple times about it. I am tired and exhausted at this point of time. It is a shame on them to set such a low par with regards to the customer service. They keep you on hold and it takes them forever to look into it and then the line either gets cut or it gets transferred and then you have to tell the new g... read more

I ordered 4 simple pillow cover. Site said to expect delivery in next week. As next week developed, I clicked tracking link to find they had backordered my stuff for 4 additional months. First, that isn't acceptable to not communicate. Second, that kind of change indicates a MASSIVE problem in this companies abilities to control inventory which franlkly should be under FTC investigation. I recently placed an order with West Elm for curtain rods. They have sent the wrong color curtain rods 3 times. West Elm customer service agrees that the color is wrong that’s being sent. This is false advertisement and misleading to customers who think they are purchasing one color but are receiving another. Pottery barn kids offers 20% Registery discount- which we never received it. I contacted customer service multiple times. There is no email or code was given to us. We are highly disappointed with Pottern Barn Kids is not taking customers seriously. The completion discount does not include so many items. Every time we go to the store we get no help.
