Returned an online order and they did not refund. It took calling every week, being on the phone 2 hours each time for FOUR MONTHS to finally receive my refund. Horrible customer service.
I wish I would have read these reviewers before I ordered my outdoor dining table from West Elm. I ordered the table on June 1. It’s was in stock when I ordered. I’ve had now 5 estimated delivery dates ( starting June 19) and no table. They lost the base to my table the first time and after over a month of trying to locate it they reordered a replacement. Worst customer service, especially furniture department. Placed an order for baby nursery rocker based on the delivery date promised on their website. Absolutely terrible customer service, turtle speed delivery, and no end in sight for the delivery of your products! I ordered a table to be delivered to store for pick-up in March. The company told me that due to COVID, my local store was closed and they were unable to deliver it to the store-makes sense. However, once the home store opened back up, 30 days later my shipment still said in transit to the store. This company is terrible Starting with customer service to anyone who handles furniture orders and cancellation ! Every time we inquired about an order which was cancel more than a month before I get a different answers and completely falsified previous person response . ordered a fry pan. Delivery date confirmed July 23. Checked on order when it hadn't arrived and saw new delivery date of Dec as is now on backorder. Other items in order that were to match the grey enamel fry pan arrived but no point, as everything was a gift to be given together. Called WS customer service and they wouldn't comp shipping on vendor shipped replacement item (le creuset) to exchange what I'd ordered for similar grey color. If I could give Williams Sonoma a negative star review I would. Could not get the price match department to call me back for a price match despite trying for a week. Then spent 2 hours on the phone trying to place an order after the first person told me they would give me 20% off for my trouble. After being transferred 4 times and being on hold forever the "supervisor" told me "maybe they aren't price matching anymore" and "I can't give you 20% off". Don’t order furniture from Pottery Barn. I ordered a bed in early May 2020. The delivery date was supposed to be late May/ early June. After many calls to Pottery Barn about when my bed would be delivered, I cancelled my order on 7/27/20. They indicated the footboard portion of the bed was not available and out of production. PB offered me a gift card as a refund. I told them that was unacceptable. PB shouldn’t sell a bed unless any the pieces are available and not keep their customers hanging for two months.
Nice Product, very poor customer service I purchased a table runner and 6 placemats (a 4-pack and 2 single placemats) on line at Williams Sonoma. Part of the order arrived and i was pleased with the product. The 4 pack of placemats were on back order, so i wrote and asked them to change the 4-pack to 4 single placemats (same cost ) and they never wrote back!!
