It is so frustrating, I just really do not know what else to do. Order No. ***************** a couch that I ordered in May 23, 2020 with a delivery date of June 28, then I received an email updating the delivery to July from the 14 to 28, then another changing it again to august 11, then I did not received any more emails "apologizing" so I log in and saw the date changed to August 28, then again to Sep 1-15, and now I see changed from Sep17 to Oct 1. I recently ordered a bed sheet set from Pottery Barn Kids.*** when i received me product there was only 1 pillow case in the package. I ordered a rug, waited 3 wks for it, it made it to the shipping place here, then it was cancelled by PB for NO REASON. I've been on the phone with them for 90 minutes and there is still no explanation. I've spent a few thousand just in the last few weeks there, and no reason for cancelling my purchase, and nothing done for wasting my time. Just a disgrace. How in the world is this company still in business. Embarrassing.

I ordered a $3000+ couch from West Elm in May, 2020, and here we are in September and the couch still has not been delivered. The couch had a maximum estimated delivery date 8 weeks from purchase, which has long since past. The first 2 months of waiting the couch was not yet built - with no updates from West Elm. Over the past 2 months, West Elm has scheduled three deliveries, and each time, a few hours prior to the scheduled delivery West Elm's delivery service has called us notifying us the couch legs are not with the couc... read more

I ordered a bed for my daughter it came 3 months late. My best friend ordered a bed for her daughter and it came 4 months late. When it did arrive it was so dirty the delivery guys couldnt believe it and then they couldnt figure out how to put the bed together. They were missing parts. **************** said it would be another 2.5 months for a bed and they would only give me $300 off of a $1500 bed. Ive never dealt with customer service like this. If you cant provide a service then dont have a company.

Ive been waiting almos 3 months for a refund for products gifted and returned totaling almost $500. I have contacted them consistently since the items were confirmed received at WS. I’ve been told That they cannot send my refund with tracking information, or give me a digital gift card, or anything. I am waiting after another card was issued over 2 weeks ago. Horrible ******************* does not stand or warranty their product. After two years back seams are coming apart with no cause, does not back to wall. Cushions lose shape and do not hold up.

Ordered new dinnerware after 40 years with my old Dansk (which was chipped but never broken). Set that came was very heavy, but it was pretty so I kept it. Within 3 months, it had flatware scratches all over it. Called the company, but of course, it was over the 90 days return policy. After many calls and email, they agreed to take it back, so I packed it all up and sent it back. Credit on my card got all messed up, and it took me MANY calls to understand and get it right. Ordered my sons bedroom suit over a month ago and I called last week to ask what is going on because I still have not received it or any update. The representative was rude, told me the order has until the 12th and they cant do nothing about it or even call the wearhouse until then.
