NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM POTTERY BARN .........THey took my money , shipped wrong product and taking 5 months......they still will not ship, and **************** is HORRIBLE.....getting Money back

I purchased carry on luggage on Labor Day during the Labor Day sale for ************** At no point was final sale listed anywhere on the item. I was never told I would be unable to return it. In fact, I intentionally went back and took off the monogram in case I wanted to return it. I just went to return it and it wont allow me. I called customer service and they said it was final sale, and the only way to know that is to know that ************* final sale items end in .99. How am I supposed to know that?!?! Bought chair from west elm with assembly, They assembled the chair without using the correct parts and did not inform me that they did not use the bolt that were in the assembly instructions. The chair broke and they refused to even ship us the correct bolts to repair the chair ourselves. Someone could have easily gotten hurt due to there incorrect assembly that was performed. West Elm refused to even talk to be and hung up on me multiple times

I ordered an item from potterybarn.com, but my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite making a claim and numerous calls to their corporate office, I've received nothing but the runaround and empty promises. It's been an agonizing process with no answers on a refund or a replacement item.Pottery Barn's return policy appears to be designed to keep customers in the dark and frustrated. WARNING!!! I will not order from or recommend Pottery Barn again! STAY AWAY!! I placed an order 2 July 2023 for a bed and a bean bag for my daughter's room. The original delivery period was 27 July-5 August. Longer than any item I've ever ordered, including mattresses and I was charged +$400 in shipping- which almost made me not purchase the items, but my daughter loved the design. I will likely never do business with Pottery Barn again. I placed an order for $15K of furniture for our living room in mid April, with hopes of it being delivered end of May or early June. When it was never scheduled, I spend numerous hours on the phone with customer service reps promising to resolve the issue. Not one person EVER called me back. I bought a kids backpack from pottery barn kids, its expensive, and I think thats a sign of good quality and goodwill. But, the top handle of the backpack broke in the first year. I repaired it myself, but it completely broke in the second year. This is the worst backpack I have ever bought.

Ordered some items 1/13/2023 from Pottery Barn (subsidiary of Williams-Sonoma) estimated delivery was 7/7-7/11/2023, which was fine as I did not need items until 9/2023. Starting in February/March my orders started getting cancelled due to "sold out not available for the foreseeable future". Then in July, when my order should of been arriving, I get an email showing all items back in stock BUT at a much higher price. I went to make an online purchase on the Williams Sonoma website. I have never in my life seen such a dishonest website. When I checked out, I was shown the amount of my purchase. However, I was not shown the shipping charge (which was 60 percent of the cost of my merchandise) or the tax until the order was completed and paid for. In other words, you will have no idea whatsoever what you total charge will be until after you pay for your order.
