Ordered a backpack from Pottery Barn Kids and it ripped. These are overpriced items, but supposedly durable and worth the money. Wrong. It didnt last a month after use. There is a 30 day replacement policy and they will not bend. I purchased the backpack in August (prior to the start of school - shame on me for being prepared!). It was not put into use until the end of September, so the "policy" would have been void even though it wouldn't have been used yet. Pottery Barn has owed me over $1000 for over a year, every time I email to check in I only hear more excuses and promises of resolution (in **** business days) absolutely absurd customer service. Please refund me! Ive waited long enough and have jumped through so many hoops, this is out of control and frankly deplorable customer service.

West Elm is the worst. Theyve lied to me more than I can count. Told me they wouldnt charge me for any piece of furniture until it was ready. Ive been charged for everything, still dont have the bedroom set and I cant get an actual date for delivery. Will be contacting my states AG. Just advice to the wise, dont order from this company. Look online at all the negative reviews before you think about ordering. I wish I had.

Ordered a bed in November 2021. It was delivered in March 2022 but missing the screws that held the bed together. Waited for months for the screws that were "on their way" but never came (they still haven't). In July, they promised me a partial refund. Over 30 calls and numerous emails later, I'm still waiting for that $520 partial refund they promised me for my troubles. Their shipping & processing fees are NOT transparent. They hide it until you go all the way to place the order & then it shows up after you have paid. It is super underhanded & dishonest. Really unfortunate & I will NOT be shopping with them again - I can get much better ********************** from many other retailers

I ordered a dining table, 8 chairs, a king sized bed, 2 bedside tables and a dresser on Sept 7. Chairs and bed were custom order so I understand it takes a while. I was charged for the dining chairs on Oct 13. According to the tracker, items were slowly beginning to arrive at the warehouse but since the items were white glove delivery, they were holding everything to make 1 delivery. Cool, works for me! Similar to other reviews, I placed a furniture order in July 2022. At the time, my piece was listed as ready to ship. Since then, multiple excuses, ignored messages, and confusion have brought us to Dec 2022 with no clear delivery date in sight. My credit card has incurred five separate pending charges for the amount of the couch. When I mention this to customer service, they respond as if its normal, and reassure me its fine since the amount isnt actually posting or clearing my account. I purchased a dining room table from Pottery Barn April 2022. When I placed the order, the delivery date was end of July. That date came and went. Every time I check my order status the date keeps geting pushed further back. **************** would just tell me that it would arrive by the next date. On Dec. 8th I received an email stating I had placed another order (I had not). I called **************** and they said my original order was replaced by this order but could not give me a reason. Pottery Barn - worst service ever. Lies about product and delivery times. Unorganized. No call backs when promised. I spent over $5,000 and they delivered half my order. And left me to figure out the rest. Cant get a manager to call me back to save my life. **** never work with this company again.
