lead time and customer service for ****************** is extremely inconsistent, will not be ordering from them in the future. Still waiting on 2 more items after 7+ months

We ordered a sectional and 2 chairs from West Elm. After 4 months, they lost the main piece of the sectional and delivered only 1/2 the couch. Several weeks later, many phone calls lasting for hours they will deliver the rest of the couch, we shall see if/when we receive it. Today we were supposed to receive the chairs, they called that one chair was lost. They have to reorder it. It's a set and we have no use for one chair. We shall see when/if they deliver the chairs. Ordered a couch from them back in September. Once it was out for delivery that morning, we got a call from the Cranberry distribution center and were told the couch was lost and to wait 72 hours for them to locate it. After 6 days the Cranberry distribution center said the only next stop is to place a new order and the new delivery date is March 2023. 4 more months. The store said once the order is placed, there is nothing they can do.

Ordered ***** Dining Table and 3 pairs of ****** Low back chairs in store (**********, **) on 10/16/2022. Items were delivered on 10/22/2022 but table top was defective and chairs sent were wrong colors so whole order was sent back. Called the furniture scheduling department and after being on the phone for close to 45 minutes was able to place replacement order. Replacement order arrived on 10/29/2022 with wrong colored chairs AGAIN! Mind you 2 days wasted waiting for delivery. At this point, had to call scheduling departme... read more

I ordered a toaster Breville Pro Toaster oven in December of 2021. I did not receive it until May of 2022. It was broken and did not turn on. It is now November of 2022 almost 12 months later and I have not been refunded. I have made dozens of phone calls. Each 30 min or more of being put on hold. I get promised a refund every-time but its never followed thru. I am extremely disappointed in the leadership of *********************************** and cannot even give them one star. Do not trust the delivery dates on the Rejuvenation website. My husband and I ordered a bed on August 21, 2022 primarily because the outside delivery date was a reasonable six weeks. It is now November 5th and the bed has not been delivered. Tomorrow will be eleven weeks since the day I ordered, which is five weeks late and nearly twice the amount of time posted on their website.

RE: West Elm We ordered a custom fabric storage bed from West Elm in Oct 2021 with a 10-week lead time. It was delivered in January ************************ legs and two RIGHT-HAND storage pieces, both in different fabric colors. The bed could not be assembled. I bought a set of curtains and I returned to the company due to the wrong size. As soon as I begun the process, I requested a refund to Pottery Barn's merchandise card. On the next day I've changed my mind and called the costumer service, to change the refund to my original method (debit card) and the agent said that there was no way to change the refund from merchandise card form debit card. Pottery Barn Kids. I ordered a bunk bed for my kids on August 20, 2022. The delivery window I was given was Aug 28 - Sept 11, 2022. Sept 11 passes and the bunk bed has not arrived. It was finally delivered to my home on October 12, 2022. When the team arrived to set it up in my home, there was no hardware with the bunk bed pieces, so the team was unable to set it up.
