Williams-Sonoma is deceptively adding surcharges to orders outside the continental **.These charges are added without forewarning or proper accounting in their billing. A $20 surcharge was added to my order after hitting the order button. This fee was not visible as a line item prior to hitting the order button. I ordered a $19,000 sectional from Williams Sonoma in October of 2021, was told it would be delivered in April of 2022. It was delayed repeatedly--up to an entire year--which caused me to arrange travel plans to the tune of $1000 in order to be here on the agreed ate in September of 2022. HORRIBLE a customer service after order placed. Order placed early March 2022. Pottery Barn delivered three out of four chairs mid summer; the fourth chair they delivered turned out to be a bar stool that I did NOT order. Would give NO stars if possible since so disgusted with Pottery Barn! Poor quality product and poor customer service. Ordered 4 counter chairs in March 2022. 2 chairs had floor protectors parts that broke within first month. Other 2 are also breaking. Briefly. In March 2021 l ordered a sofa from Pottery Barn. It was very shoddy. They approved a replacement. The replacement was equally as shoddy. Got a full refund. Moved to West Elm for a sofa. It arrived equally as shoddy at the 2 from Pottery Barn. I was again offered a replacement 6 months ago. I got a call today saying it was ready. I decided to cut my losses. HOW DO I GIVE ZERO STARS? What on earth is happening with Pottery Barn? I have several outstanding orders that I have been charged for and waiting on for weeks and months. Terrible company. I ordered two dining room chairs in May 2022. They were suppose to be delivered in late May early June. That didn't happen. I received one in early September and the second one was suppose to arrive late September. The second one got "lost" in transit so I had to cancel the order and re-order it. When that was done, the representative issued an e-gift card and placed the order for the chair, but then canceled it without me knowing. I am really disappointed with my experience with pottery barn. I ordered a bed around December 2021 or January 2022 and the bed did not arrive until July 16th 2022. When the bed arrived it was the wrong bed. I called in and spoke with a representative and they said they were placing another order for me to get the correct bed but it would take another 3 months to get it.
