In September 2022, I spent almost $10K on the ********************** set, Folsom console table, and set of 6 Payson counter stools.Nov. 3: A delivery was scheduled for this date through Ryder. I ordered furniture back in June of 2022. It was scheduled to be delivered in Oct. I understand all the issues with stock coming from overseas, however, PB never lets you know of delays. I constantly had to go into my account, look to see where it was (it has been enroute to the warehouse for 3 months now) and they just push back delivery window. No email. I ordered a rug from West Elm back in September, after that the delivery was delayed multiple times to November. On the day of the delivery West Elm informed me that there was a mistag and the product was now out of stock and they couldnt deliver the product. I then ordered a new rug that was in stock with a delivery of a couple of weeks, which was again delayed over 4 weeks. On the day of the delivery they delivered a completely incorrect rug and again said it was a mistag and that I could get a new rug in 2.5 months.I dont... read more

I am in their designer program. Purchased a 9' x 12' rug for my client back in August 2022. The rug was scheduled for delivery 5 different times. I live in ** and drove to SC for delivery each time! They delivery was CANCELLED 3 TIMES . . . 2 TIMES the delivery company said the truck was on the way, and they NEVER showed. After ten different calls to PB, totaling 12 hours of my time on hold, etc., they couldn't even find the rug! 0 out of 5 stars. We lost almost a year waiting for my daughters furniture that still isnt here. Unbelievably bad customer service. We ordered a bedroom set in March 2022 for my daughter from Pottery Barn Teen. Billing was completely confusing with multiple charges for parts of the order instead of one charge. Ive ordered close to $7000 in product for my new home back in November of 2022. Purchased the Banks Dining Table and Bench, chandeliers, chairs, curtains and console tables. I havent received any of them. Ive had to cancel $2500 in Product so far since November because they keep shifting the delivery dates. **************** is disconnected from shipping. I ordered a set of dishtowels in 2021. I liked them so much that I ordered a second set to insure that when the exact current dishtowels needed replacing I would have the same ones. I put them in my linen closet and yesterday, I accessed them only to see they sent 3 of the 4. The tag says 4 dishtowels. I have the bar code numbers and the tag. I am so disappointed with this company Pottery Barn). I ordered several furniture last November 2022 and had high hopes about its efficiency since its expensive and popular. I was so disillusioned that Ill get my moneys worth. I had to keep on following up about the delivery dates as I saw from the order tracking that items were in the warehouse already. Ordered before December, just got a hold of customer service to cancel the order. Had to haggle 45 minutes to get them to refund me. Imagine buying something more than a month in advance when needed to get a slew of delay emails. Then, you realize youve been duped. THEN to have them ignore your emails for OVER A MONTH. For a simple shaker. Someone who has decade worth of CS experience - spend your money on literally ANYTHING else. And they had it slated to deliver Jan 31.
