We ordered a china cabinet from Pottery Barn in September and have had repeated misfires in delivery (damaged goods, missing parts, etc), yet they took our money several months ago. No customer service agent seems to be willing or able to help us get our delivery despite them having our money. This company is a disgrace.
We had the worst experience ever with West Elm. We purchased a bed frame in early October with an estimated delivery in December. It was then pushed to February, then continuously pushed to April. Our second scheduled delivery date was today. We were notified that the bed was delivered but it was not. We are now being told it will arrive in two weeks. I made several orders at WestElm and would like to share that I was very disappointed with their lack of support and very low customer centricity. It is a shame the way they treat their costumers. They cannot commit to delivery dates or even quality of items. If you don't want to be disappointed please look for alternatives as this one it is a shame. More than 20KUSD spent without any support. Last time I called to delivery the items I waited for 37minutes.
Previous reviews track. Ive had the same experience with negligence and incompetence from all teams Ive interacted with at Williams Sonoma. I ordered a table in Sept 2021. It arrived without some crucial pieces, and after a year of back and forth with customer support, the table ended up being discontinued, leaving me with a wobbly table that sat unused for a year. I initiated a return and refund in Dec 2022 and am still waiting for this to materialize despite calling and emailing regularly. Its been truly mind boggling.
I purchased a zwilling pro knife set in store and turns out the set only comes with 4 knives instead of the 5 that are pictured on the website. This is ridiculous. This is fake advertisement, why would you guys post something like this on your website if thats not what comes in the set? Ordered the ***** Media Console, 96, Ebony, Antique Brass. Beautiful piece of furniture, but it arrived damaged and Williams Sonoma has not made any effort to fix or replace. I didnt even get any paperwork from the delivery guy. I tried to contact Williams Sonoma, but they told me to contact the delivery team. I ordered two items from Pottery Barn Kids: (1) West Elm Mid-Century Nightstand, Acorn; and (2) West Elm Mid-Century Extra Wide **************** Set, Acorn. Originally, the delivery date for item 2, the nightstand, indicated it would be late March, early April 2023.
