Dr. Hefley was very personable and very knowledgeable. Dr. Hefley was able to remove the fluid from my knee reducing pain and increasing mobility. Dr. Hefley made me feel very comfortable about the process leading up to surgery and after surgery. I highly recommend
Young lady front desk very professional
I made an appointment to see Dr. Hefley. I was taken to x-ray whose staff and technicians were very professional. Was finally taken from the waiting room an hour past my appointment time which I was with the physician assistant of Dr. Hefley. She was kind and professional yet not the doctor I had an appointment with. Please understand one hour past appointment time, conferenced with the physician assistant, never introduced to, treated by nor even saw by Dr. Hefley who my appointment was to see. I could have had a Tele appointment because we only talked. I was not told that the injection I received in my first appointment would raise my glucose lever. The wait was long before seeing anyone.
I felt like when I tried to tell him what happened to my back he didn’t want to listen I was there to make sure my hips were OK to eliminate that made me feel very alone
I have seen Dr Hefley for years and would not want to see anyone else. Everyone in his office is pleasant, and easy to interact with.
