Dr Hefley was very nice, told me all of my options, what would happen and how my recovery would be. He was very professional and answered all of my questions. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an orthopedic doctor.

When my MRI results came in and I read the results of how much damage I had done to my rotator cuff, I knew Dr. Hefley was the only one I trusted with my repair. He was straightforward with me when he told me he was not sure he could repair the damage, but I had seen his results firsthand when he reconstructed my son‘s knee 16 months earlier. the efficiency of the staff in getting my information and getting me in the room was incredible. Professional on all levels, knowledgeable of my problems and evaluating my options. Very pleasant experience. Dr. Hefley was calming and an expert in his analysis of my condition and timing of my treatment options. Scheduling fit my request.
Dr. Hefley is great. He only does surgery if you need and want it. He has done both of my shoulders and they turned out great
