Found out he owns part of the hospital where he operated on me....I had a complication and had to have two more sureries. I was told by the administration that they were a "for profit" hospital.....I felt like he put his profits over my care. BEWARE!!!
It is like waiting to be seated at a 5 Star restaurant, worth every minute waited!
Not very impressed. I made an appointment to see Dr. Hefley and never saw him. I saw his PA. Saw something on my xray that was told I needed to have a CT scan done on and have called 4 times to follow up with NO return call. Would not recommend.
Cannot in all honesty rate him, since I never laid eyes on him but I will rate the overall experience. Drove for 2.5 hours to see him, waited in his waiting room for another 1.5 hours and then in the exam room for an extra 30 min at least and then did not see him at all, just his PA. I did not make an appointment with his PA, so no I would not recommend trying to see this physician since he has no interest at all with your problems, doesn't even bother to see you.
Best orthopedic surgeon ever!!! Rebuilt my shoulder and it works perfectly. He is in high demand, but I would wait hours to see him...yes, he is that good. What a blessing to the profession.
Dr Hefley replaced my right hip in Oct 2016. My recovery was fast and mostly pain free. I waited in pain for 1 1/2 years because I was afraid of the surgery. Dr H was calming and did an excellent job. Wish I hadn't waited. Highly recommend him.
We were referred to doctor Hefley by a good friend of ours, doctor Hefley is the best, and his physician Kenny weaver was great,I am looking forward to having my next hip surgery done in the future,maumelle surgical staff were great!!!
My son and i both have been a patient of Dr. Hefley for more than 20 years. He's the best in the biz.
I was pleased with my knee surgery that was done by Dr. Hefley and his Physician Assistant. However, during my stay at Arkansas Surgical Hospital, I was not pleased at all with the food that was given to me.
