I have had both hips replaced and a torn knee meniscus repaired by Dr Hefley. He is an exceptional Orthopedic doctor. His physician owned clinic and hospital are state of the art medical facilities. His medical staff provide outstanding care and therapy throughout the entire time.

Dr Hefley is the best ortho surgeon! He did both my hips which were degraded by severe arthritis. I’m so thankful I chose him as my surgeon. 5 weeks from the surgeries and I was dancing, driving my car 3 weeks post op. One year today and I’m glad I did this surgeries. He gave me a new life. Thank you!
Had to have a redo do to improper size rod and ended up with nerve damage
PA Jordan has proven in two visits to be very informative and has explained the options available. Office staff were efficient, too!
I could have gotten in earlier to see a PA but I chose to wait three weeks for my appointment so that I could see Dr. Hefley. Yet, I saw a PA. I was disappointed not to hear from the doctor; however, she was great and promised when I have the MRI done, I will see Dr. Hefley for that follow up visit.
I had not seen Dr Hefley since surgery in January - only his PA . I had a 1:15 appointment and was not seen until almost 3:00. Then he spent less than 10 minutes in the room with me. He looked at the X-rays on the screen and said everything looked fine - although no X-rays have been taken since the first visit after surgery.
Dr Hefley was knowledgeable and friendly. He spent time listening to me and did not seem to be in a hurry. The only complaint I have is the 4 hr wait for my appointment!
Absolutely. Hip replaced in June 2028 and doing fine today. Great doctor, great PA, great staff. Dr. Hefley does surgery at Arkansas Surgical Hospital - no COVID 19 patients at the hospital. Patient's room has extra bed for care person.
