I was referred to Dr Hefley by a co worker and have not been disappointed. I had a knee replacement several years ago and a hip replacement in march. Each procedure was fully explained ( from pre-op to post-op) in an understanding way. Dr Hefley and his PA are very caring in a professional way.
I need more time with Dr. Hefley. It feels to me that he is “exit seeking” from the get-go. I trust his skills and knowledge but feel like I need more time for comprehensive conversation, explanation, and advice.
What stood out with my visit was actually our visit. He took the time to see both my mother for her shoulder and myself for my hip. I appreciate how he doesn't sugarcoat anything and is thorough with his examinations, explaining in detail how each of the procedures were to be performed. He performed a total hip replacement on my mother last year and she has bounced back with flying colors. And now her shoulders have give out on her and both are requiring surgery. Dr Hefley listened to my conserns & explaned the proceger & made it eaiser for me to make my desicion to proceed with the surgery I needed to get back to myself physicaly !
I initially met with Dr. Hefley's PA. She was wonderful, friendly, personable. She gave me the initial information regarding my situation. Dr. Hefley came in and expounded on the findings. He is personal, yet to the point.
Visit was very good. X rays and visit with PA. Scheduled an MRI, overall no issues. Great appt.
Very nice building receptions was very nice nurses was nice

Hour & a half drive. Hour in waiting room. Then over 45 minutes in patient room before anyone came in! And it was a PA, perfectly nice-but not worth waiting almost 2 hours to see.
